5 Fitness Tips To Improve Your Stamina
There’s one really strange thing that happens to me. I workout almost every day, I eat healthy, do cardio and try to rest a lot. Strength training is my favorite, and my priority, but I do cardio too. The thing is, when I try to run, I don’t have a lot of problems with my stamina. I feel the same way when I go hiking too. Well, it’s strange but true, whether if you train a lot, or you are getting ready for a marathon, there are plenty of reasons why you should work on improving your stamina.
